Belvedere Reditterranean Fresca
1.5 oz (BELVEDERE)RED
½ oz rosemary syrup
Dash lemon juice
Build over ice in a rocks glass
Top with Fever Tree Med Tonic
Garnish with rosemary
50ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Vodka / Citrus
25ml/ 1 oz Mulled Cranberry Juice*
15ml/ ½ oz Lemon Juice
Dash Premium Triple Sec
Shake all ingredients with cubed ice. Garnish with a 3 clove studded orange twist.
*Recipe for Mulled Cranberry Juice
Heat cranberry juice with 2 crushed cloves, star anise and orange twist; add nutmeg, cinnamon and almonds to taste. Allow to cool and infuse. Sieve the juice and use accordingly.
1 oz Belvedere Black Raspberry
½ oz Chambord
Top with Soda water
50ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Vodka
15ml/ ¼ oz St Germain elderflower liqueur
25ml/ ¾ oz Moet
Shake first 2 ingredients and pour into a chilled martini glass. Top with Moet. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Allspice All Nice
1.5 oz Belvedere Vodka
1/2 oz Elizabeth Allspice Dram
1/4 oz Oleo Saccharum Syrup (citrus peel syrup)
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Garnish: Orange Peel spiked with Star Anise
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a chilled rocks glass with ice. (Preferably 1 large cube) Garnish by expressing the orange peel and spiking with a few Star Anise.
