Now through November, Divine Chocolate, the Fair Trade chocolate brand co-owned by cocoa farmers in Ghana, will earmark a percentage of sales from each bar sold to support Fair Trade awareness activities at Rock the Vote (RTV) events.
Throughout the fall, Divine Chocolate will visit various events across the country, including Rock the Vote events, and ask young people for their thoughts on democracy and Fair Trade. Via an online contest at www.divinechocolateusa.com, Divine will also ask the public to submit their best ideas for spreading the word about Fair Trade.
Why am I posting this, because Divine Chocolate is a great gift item for your wedding and they are one of the few companies that actually works with the coco growers and helps them to build their businesses. I highly recommend them as a company and love their…free trade and justice for all.
So that’s it for today…I’m feeling love in the air. Is it fall, or is it because I LOVE WHAT I DO? Perhaps a bit of both. Have a wonderful, safe and fun weekend.
